Good morning, Fairbanks Families,
Over the next two weeks our families, 7th grade students, and 10th grade students will be completing the Nationwide Children's Hospital Signs of Suicide Program. All communities, including ours, has been impacted by youth suicide. Through education and awareness we can help recognize the warning signs as well as equip each other with tools to have these conversations.
Below is a letter that was sent two weeks ago explaining this program as well as the family caregivers night next week.
We invite and encourage all family caregivers to join us for the virtual training next Tuesday, November 10 at 7:00pm. There is a sign up if you would like to come watch the program in our high school/middle school media center.
