Coffee Chats are informal meetings open to all community members to speak with Mr. Schirg. Please see the upcoming schedule below.

Community Coffees - August 9, August 25, September 13, September 29, October 11, October 27. These will rotate between Richwood Coffee in Marysville and Plain City. All coffees will begin at 8:30 am.
Superintendent Office Hours - August 22, September 5, September 26, October 10, October 31. All Office Hours will be from 6:00-7:30 pm in the Middle/High School Media Center. This is not specific to the levy, but a forum to discuss topics across Fairbanks Local Schools.
House Calls - Locations to be determined. Tentative Dates - September 10, September 24, October 15, October 29. House Calls have been used over the last two years to connect with our great school community. If you would like to host a house call or have questions, please reach out to me at adhamschirg@fairbankspanthers.org.
Levy Information Meetings - August 21, September 18, October 16. Prior to regular board meetings, there will be levy information meetings beginning at 6:00 pm. All meetings will be in the Middle/High School Media Center.
Community Levy Meetings - On September 25 and October 23 at 6:30 pm there will be a questions and answer session in the Middle and High School Media Center to discuss the November 7 ballot issues and Master Facility Plan.
State of the Schools - The State of the Schools is a school community presentation that highlights the work of our students, staff, and district. This event is typically held in March. Please continue to look for details over the coming months.
