For information on the 2021-2022 school year with regard to COVID-19 procedures, please visit: 2021-2022 School Year Opening. This is based on the current guidance. 


Our building offices are currently closed for the summer. The district office is open Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 3:00pm. Students should not be in the building unless they are here for a scheduled event (sports, band, orientation, etc.). Staff wishing to access classrooms should contact the maintenance department prior to entry to ensure the area is accessible.

Students will not be permitted to come into the buildings early to set up their lockers or drop off school supplies. This includes students who are in the building for sports or band. 

Senior pass distribution will be held August 13th and 21st from 1pm - 4pm at the Administrative Office (Entrance B) and on August 20th from 6pm - 7pm at the Football stadium. These passes are available to residents of the district who are 60 years or older.


School Supplies should be brought with your student on the first day of school unless otherwise directed by your student's teacher or the building office. 



The Elementary School will conduct an in-person Back-to-School Night on August 16th from 5:00pm-7:00pm. Details about the open house night will be communicated from the building in early August.


The Middle School will conduct an in-person Back-to-School Night on August 10th from 3:00pm-6:00pm and August 11th from 4:00pm-7:00pm by appointment. Back-to-School Night will be for incoming 6th grade students and students new to the district. Information to select your appointment time will be emailed to families in early August.

If you cannot attend, or if you enroll after the Back-To-School nights, please contact Mr. Newell to schedule time to come into the building.


TENTATIVE SCHEDULES: Tentative Schedules will be available on the student’s PowerSchool account later this summer. Watch for an email from Mrs. Studenmund when they are ready. Lunches and lockers will be posted on the official schedule that students will receive in August.

OFFICIAL SCHEDULES: Schedules for students in grades 10-12 will be mailed to homes in early August. Freshmen will pick up their schedules at Freshman Orientation. In order to receive your schedule, forms must be completed in Final Forms by the student and parent/guardian. Schedules will not be mailed out until forms have been completed.

FRESHMAN ORIENTATION/NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION: Mark your calendar… a freshman orientation/new student orientation will be held on August 11th at 6:30 p.m. During this evening, students will be able to pick up their schedules and find their lockers and classrooms. 

If you cannot attend during the time available, or if you enroll after the Back-To-School nights, please contact Mrs. Reed to schedule time to come into the building.


Before schedules or classroom assignments are released, please ensure you have completed the following:

Final Forms: Both student and parent/guardian review and signatures for grades 6-12. Parent/guardian review and signature for grades K-5

Residency: If you proved residency for the 2020-2021 school year with a Residence Affidavit, you must complete a new one for the 2021-2022 school year. This information should be submitted to Kelly Heiss in the Administrative Offices. If you have moved, please update your address in Final Forms and submit a new proof of residence to the building office.

If you have completed the aforementioned items, middle and high school schedules will be mailed in early August. If you do not have a schedule by August 13th, please contact the building office. 

Students with questions or changes to their schedule should contact Mrs. Gronas (Middle School) or Mrs. Studenmund (High School)

Elementary school classroom assignments will also be sent in early August. Please contact the building office if you do not have a letter with your child's teacher by August 13th. 


School fees will be managed by My School Bucks. This provides families the option to pay online with credit card. Cash, check and money order are still options for fee payment if you choose. Families will receive an invoice through email once the fees are posted to My School Bucks. As a reminder the fees are as follows:

Elementary School: $55/student

Middle School: $50/student and an additional $10 if your 7th or 8th grade student has elected Art

High School: Fees are determined based on courses

Fees will be invoiced after the start of school. If you have applied for Free or Reduce Lunch, please wait until you receive your notification on that application before you pay your fees.


All drivers will receive their new student information on Wednesday, August 4th.  They have been asked to contact each new student's family before August 16th to provide bus number and pick-up/drop-off times.  If you do not hear from your driver or have other transportation questions, please email Beth Wyckoff, Transportation Coordinator.
