CERTIFIED TEACHING POSITIONS

Counselor II - School Based Counselor
Maryhaven Union County is currently seeking a Counselor II - School Based Counselor. Under the direction of Clinical Supervisor, this person will complete multiple screening tools to assess for most appropriate level of care; identify any barriers to client and families attending ongoing counseling appointments and facilitating resolution of those barriers acting in the consumer’s best interest at all times; coordinates and monitors appropriateness of all services; provides assistance in crisis situations to stabilize consumer and maintain consumer in the least restrictive treatment setting; provides consultation to teaching staff when requested, conducts emergency intakes and complete assessments. panther paws program assistant team leader
