Parents Right-to-Know

Parents In all Title I served buildings may request information regarding the professional qualifications of a student's classroom teachers.

Fairbanks Title I Parent Involvement Policy

  1. Inform parents of their child's goals.
  2. Train parents to work with their children in the home through parent handbooks.
  3. Consult with parents on an ongoing basis about how parents and the school can work together. This is done annually with the end of the year parent survey.
  4. Provide a comprehensive range of opportunities for parents who wish to become involved with the school.
  5. Encourage opportunities for participation for parents who lack the skills or whose native language is not English.
