Chip Hubbs began his service on the Fairbanks Board of Education in January 2014 and represents the Board on its Finance and Athletics Committees.
Since March 2004, Chip has been the President/CEO of Memorial Health, which is Marysville’s second largest employer. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a BS in Public Health and a Master’s degree in Health Administration and completed a fellowship in hospital administration at Sinai Health System in Chicago. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and.has received several professional acknowledgments for his work including Modern Healthcare Magazine’s Up and Comer Award in 2002, Columbus Business First’s “Forty Under 40” in September 2005, 2013 Union County Business Leader of the Year, 2014 Columbus Business First "C-Suite" Award, and 2016 Grassroots Champion of the American Hospital Association.
Community involvement is very important to Chip. In addition to his work on the Fairbanks board, Chip serves on the board of the Institute for Health Innovation, and is past board president of the Ohio Hospital Association, the Union County Chamber of Commerce, and the Union County Family YMCA.. Chip and his wife Staci are the proud parents of four current Panthers.
